Our gift vouchers are a great way to introduce a loved one to the path of holistic wellness or some indulgent well- deserved pampering.

Your friend or family have invested valuable money into your gift please read our voucher policies carefully so you are clear on our voucher terms & conditions and make the best of this gift to you.

• Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If this is the case unfortunately you have lost that privilege
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstance. If you can not use our gift voucher, we recommend you pass it on to someone who can use it.
• We require 24 hours’ cancellation notice if you have made a booking using your voucher with us. Less than 24 hours’ notice – will result in 50% redemption of voucher total. No show for your booked appointment – Will result in full value of voucher redeemed.
• Please think ahead for scheduling your booking as we may not be able to accommodate the day or time your request – especially when it is days away from your voucher expiring.
• We respect your time and consideration and ask that you respect our voucher conditions
